He serves as a private NLP Trainer & Master Practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. In addition to being a Master Certified Coach (ICF); Certified Mental Game Professional Coach (IMGCA); CCE Board Certified Life Coach, Conversational Intelligence Certified Coach, and has also presented nationally and internationally in 56 countries to general audiences speaking on the topics of Strategic Leadership, Building High Performance Teams, and Communications Intelligence in a Volatile, Uncertain, Confused, and Ambiguous (VUCA) global environment. Dr. Mario coaches, trains and speaks all over the globe.

He is a collaborative, Master Strategist & Coach. Through this approach, Dr. Mario provides support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He also integrates coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to you. Mario A. Garcia is a Strategic Intervention, Peak Performance & Business Results Coach. He is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and received his "Global Certificate in Leadership Coaching” from the Neuro Strategic Coaching Institute; He is certified through the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) as an NLP Trainer, Master NLP Practitioner, Master NLP Coach, Trainer of Hypnosis, Master Hypnosis Practitioner & Master Time Line Therapy® Practitioner.

Mario’s passion for serving others and ability to assist individuals to discover the best versions of themselves is what makes him an effective coach. Utilizing the world’s best tools, strategies, and teachings to bring positive results to create lasting change. 


His background and experience includes: International Consumer/Online marketing for a multi million dollar company. As a marketing expert, he spearheaded massive email campaigns, triggers and analytics. Additionally, Mario’s experience in International Operations for Latin America included providing service and support to Mexico, Argentina & Colombia. Mario’s business career in real estate includes real estate loan origination & he is the owner of Phoenix Inspection Services, Inc. Mario currently resides in Miami, FL with his wife & 2 children.
